About this event

Harnham x Doodle ft. Klarna & Deloitte: Leaning into Virtual Recruitment & Onboarding in Times of Change

Harnham will be live talking to an exclusive panel with some of the world’s most interesting and innovative businesses.

We’ll be (virtually) sitting down with leading professionals from scheduling tech trailblazer Doodle, multinational professional services network Deloitte, and payment solutions disruptor Klarna discussing how to recruit and onboard remotely.

This top panel will be discussing how tech can support businesses during COVID-19, what this means for hiring and those just joining the workforce, and how you can support and retain your teams during lockdown.

Live on the 7th May, join us live and ask our experts your burning questions. Our team of panellists are:

Charlie Waterman, Head of Internal Recruitment - Harnham
Charlie is the Head of Internal Recruitment at Harnham. Having spent three years supporting our clients Data & Analytics recruitment needs she now focuses on growth of our sales function and supports internal communications and retention.

Alex Kudelka, VP of Revenue - Doodle
Alex Kudelka is VP of Revenue at Doodle, where he is responsible for the performance of all revenue functions, including sales, solutions engineering and customer success. Although numbers are a critical part of his role, he proactively speaks with businesses (both customers and prospects) to understand their scheduling pain points and priorities. Prior to joining Doodle, Kudelka was Director of Global Business Development at Algolia, where he successfully scaled the business from $1 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) to over $40 million.

Sarah Ogorevc, National Manager, Campus Recruitment – Deloitte Canada
Sarah Ogorevc has over 12 years of working within industry, education, human resources and recruitment experience. Attending the Alberta College of Art & Design she then quickly launched her career in business by working with the Certified Management Accountants of Alberta (CMA).
She later transitioned to a role at SAIT Polytechnic working with post-secondary students full time, and in 2010 she accepted the role of Manager at CGA Alberta in Recruitment. She worked closely at the provincial level during the transition and merger into the new Chartered Professional Accounting (CPA) Canadian designation.
Later returning to school to study a degree in Psychology through Athabasca University, she then moved into a role at Deloitte Canada as their Campus Recruitment Specialist for Consulting across Western Canada in 2017. In 2018 she accepted the National Manager of Campus Recruitment role.
Sarah recently returned to the firm from a maternity leave. If you don’t see Sarah working, she’s either spending time with her family or writing on her blog.

Nahal Mustafa, Senior Org Development Specialist - Klarna
Nahal comes from a background in business design and is a geek for designing future-proof processes and structures that work for everyone. She has been at Klarna for an exciting three months, working towards building a data-driven talent organisation.

He has recently moved to Berlin to work for Harnham as a Principal Consultant in their Data & Technology division and has been involved heavily in building an online and offline reputation within the meet-up scene in the city.
